Jason David “JD” Martinz, C.E.O & President
and Chairman of the Board of Trustees

Since acquiring his first business at the age of 18, JD has over 45 years of entrepreneurial experience as an owner / operator of various businesses. At about the age of 28, JD founded both MD Properties International (MDPI) and National Account Servicing (NASI)

MDPI which opened in 1981 originally operated as a full Real Estate Brokerage and for decades continued to specialize as a Buyer’s Brokerage. Today as “JD” moves more out of the private sector and turning his attention to “Philanthropy”, R/E activities have been scaled back and will only be provided to a few select Clients.
 

National Account Servicing Incorporated (NASI)  developed computer software striving to implement Artificial Intelligence Engine (A.I.E.) capacity for and Internet Marketing) a pioneer in an untapped Real Estate “Niche” according to one University study, went on to amass $500,000,000 in portfolios with offices in New York, Tampa, Clearwater, St Pete, Scottsdale, Las Vegas, Reno and San Diego, CA.

Additionally JD has served as an Officer and/or Board or Committee member for programs benefiting communities throughout the Country including, but not limited to, Chambers of Commerce, Working to Eliminate Child Abuse and Neglect (WECAN), Hi-Technology Entrepreneurs Council (HITEC), Nellis Air Force Base HAM Radio Club, Global Leadership Summit (GLS), President United Students University of Nevada System (USUNS), and CSUN Senator representing the College of Business and Economics.

Lorena J Eilenfeld, Trustee/Secretary and Treasurer

For 20 years, Lorena was a Maintenance Data Analyst in the US Air Force. She managed offices of an average of 15 or more personnel and completed monthly reports and presentations for various commanders tracking the performance and maintenance of the airframes at different base locations. These reports were vital in the decision making process of funding and testing of equipment as well as the deployment of aircraft to major conflict locations. Lorena retired to become the office manager of Eilenfeld Insurance Services. She has served in various volunteer positions for the American Legion since 2008, in American Legion Post 149 and American Legion BMI Post 40 where she is currently a Trustee. She volunteers 12 hours a month with the Las Vegas Valley Humane Society and helps with fundraising for them.
